Build a World See-Thru Stories by Alex Christmas Gift
The Build a World See-Thru Stories consist of a series of transparent stacking boxes. Scenes inside the boxes include animals, buildings, farm, ocean, backyard, and jungle. Children can stack them together to practice stacking skills, but also to encourage stories. It’s a toy designed to spark your child’s imagination as she puts together various combinations to create her own stories.
This innovative toy by Alex would make a great Christmas gift for children ages 2 and up. You can purchase it at PeppyParents.com, where it sells for $14.95.

Do not waste your money. This is a ridiculous toy. We received it as a gift for our 2-year old daughter. The manufacturer should be ashamed of the “Learning Claims” they make: Touch, See, Count, Spell. For stacking and nesting, there are countless better options (stacking cups, blocks, etc); likewise, for counting, spelling and language skills there are other tools and toys that are far more relevant, engaging and useful. My daughter is using them to identify colors (blue, red, green, yellow), but we could use anything to help with learning colors. I can’t believe anyone would pay $15 for these 4 empty boxes. We might use them to store other toys in; otherwise, they will probably end up in our next pile of donations.
