I was disappointed to discover this weekend that our favorite out of town mall has ditched many of my favorite stores, including just about every store that sells maternity clothes!  I ended up checking out the selection at JCPenney, which otherwise wouldn’t have occurred to me.  I fell in love with this great sweater and ended up buying two of them.  Made by a.n.a, these sweaters are made from an incredibly soft blend of cotton and cashmere.  I’ve reached the point where I hate having things rubbing against my belly, so this soft fabric is perfect.

I am absolutely in love with this top from Japanese Weekend, a brand that has never disappointed me.  Made from an ultra-soft bamboo blend, this is sure to flatter, and can be worn both during and after your pregnancy.

I love the neckline of this Bamboo During & After Turtleneck.  Having a dark colored turtleneck next to your face can really accent your eyes and other features–something you definitely need during pregnancy when you aren’t always feeling your best.  I also like the flattering gathers on the bodice.  Overall, I think this shirt has a shape that will suit any figure, and which will be very forgiving post-baby (as will the dark color).  It even provides easy access for nursing.
