For his first birthday, we bought the Playskool In the Night Garden Ninky Nonk Train Set for my son. It is attractive in so many ways, from the curves and dips and shapes that make it up to its vivid oranges, greens, yellows, reds, purples, blues. Even if my son did not want to play with it, I would use it in a heartbeat to decorate a playroom or nursery; I think it is the sweetest, prettiest train. We got hooked on Brio trains when my first daughter got a set for Christmas when she was three. Soon we had a train table and an ever-expanding collection of trains and tracks. I really enjoyed setting up the tracks, and she loved playing with the trains. Now my younger daughter has inherited the train table and is more excited about it than my oldest ever was.
