My son has never responded well to time outs as a disciplinary tool. I really like the idea of a Time Out Rocker but I’ve yet to put it to the test. Does it make a difference having a designated seat to go with the designated time-out spot? I think it might, in a positive way. It would be a constant reminder to your child that there are consequences, and that’s a very valuable lesson to learn for any of us.
