One of the things I like best about this Organic Zoe Ladybug Tee by Colette Kids is that it can be worn by a boy or a girl. Each tee is screenprinted individually by hand, and also features a rib neckband for durability. Available in sizes 2T and 4T, you can purchase this cute t-shirt for $24 at ColetteKids.com.

Most children go through a phase of being afraid of the dark. Sometimes it can come on suddenly, for no apparent reason. My son is going through such a phase now, which is why we placed an automatic night light in his room to help him to feel more comfortable at night. I really like this Twilight Ladybug Night Light, however. It does more than an ordinary night light. It projects images of stars onto the ceiling and walls of your child’s room. I have those stick-on, glow-in-the-dark stars on my son’s ceiling right now , but they only work if they absorb enough light before bedtime to glow in the dark. This ladybug is a much better idea.
The Twilight Ladybug can project blue, green, or ruby-colored stars, and also has a shell that lights up. It measures 10.5″ long x 8″ wide x 4.5″ high and has an automatic shut-off 45 minutes after you turn it on. That should be plenty of time for your little one to get to sleep amid the stars. The ladybug comes with 3 AAA batteries, and is recommended for children ages 3 and up. It costs just $29.95 at SlumberSounds.com. I’ll be purchasing this for my son’s comfort very soon.

Anne Geddes is known for her photographs of babies dressed as animals, flowers, and insects. Until now, I had no idea she designed and sold clothing for children. The cutest pieces I found on AnneGeddes.com were the playsuits. I particularly like the Ladybug Spot Playsuit, for its cuteness and charm. I look at it and picture a little girl with a red or black barrette in her hair wearing this and gathering crowds of admirers. To finish off the playsuit to a tee, there is a ladybug screen on the top portion. Dress up the cutest little girl you know for $29.50.

Since my little man turned two months, he’s been more active and more interested in the world around him. I like the Ladybug Playmat made by Pintsize Productions because it has “stations” you can place your baby on during tummy time. With all kinds of things to touch and see, he’s bound to enjoy it. It’s colorful, stimulating, and cute. I think it would fit in fine in any nursery and even in your living room, as it’s not done in unattractive or dated colors or in too many patterns and colors.
The Ladybug Playmat is available online only for $49.99 at ToysRUs.com.

If you love luxury fabrics, and want to provide your little one with the same level of comfort, check out the line of high-quality cashmere blankets available from Hummingbird Lane. Each blankets is hand loomed from 100% cashmere to be as soft as can be. Any child will feel amazingly spoiled when snuggling up with one of these.
A number of designs are available, although I was drawn to this cute little ladybug. This particular blanket is reversible with the ladybug design on one side and solid pink on the other. The ladybug is trimmed in crocheted scallop, for an extra upscale touch.
Each blanket measures 26 x 35 and will grow with your child from infancy to the toddler years and beyond. You can purchase one of these luxurious blankets for $248 at hummingbirdln.com. Feeling generous? One of these blankets would make an amazing gift, too. Gift wrapping is inlcuded in your purchase.

We all know Anne Geddes from her brilliant photography, but I had no idea until now that she also has a successful line of clothing. I stumbled upon her site while searching for something else and was surprised by the variety of styles and designed available.
I really like this ladybug cap and sweater set. My older daughter was a ladybug for her first Halloween, so anything with ladybugs always brings back fond memories. This set from Anne Geddes is absolutely adorable. It is made from combed lam’s wool for extraordinary softness. Both the sweater and the matching hat are trimmed in cream ribbing for a striking contrast. This is a truly sweet set whether you choose to spoil your own little one or give it as a gift.
The set sells for $49.50. You can purchase it and check out the rest of the line at annegeddes.com.

This Wheely Ladybug is the ultimate in ride-on toys for both boys and girls. This thing that looks so simple has so many features, it’s amazing. This little bug has won over 8 prestigious award including Best Australian Toy for 5 years in a row!
It has a tough PU covering that’s easy to clean, soft sponge padding, multi-directional casters to move around freely and internal “feelers” that give a wobbly ride that children just love! It’s weighs only 4 lbs. and is entirely non toxic.
Boys and girls are drawn to the fun bug design and while playing, it’s been proven that they are improving their gross motor skills. Get your own at babyscholars.com for $79.99.

These shoes have received a lot of press recently, after Tom Cruise told Oprah that they were Suri’s favorites. Denise Richards is also a big fan of the line. The shoes really are sweet. Suri’s pair feature ladybugs, but you can also buy frogs, cows, bugs, pigs, spiders, monsters, bees, and of course, monkeys.
Shoes are made from painted canvas with a rubber sole. Although I definitely think they are cute, to me they don’t look like they have a ton of support for little feet. Since the line has so many fans, however, I may be wrong! You can buy a pair for $29 at monkey-toes.com. Matching socks are also available.
