I saw Rag & Bone mentioned in Vogue magazine, so I thought I’d check it out. While some of the women’s styles are breathtaking, I’m not enamored with the kid stuff. Some of the little girl dresses are very sweet and I especially like the Penelope Dress featured on rag-bone.com. It’s feminine with almost a 50s style flair and a “little lady” feel. Here’s another great number from Tea Collection—this one is from their “east meets brazil” collection. At first I didn’t know how I felt about this Liberdade Plaid dress as part of a spring line since it’s not as colorful as you imagine outfits for this season to be, but when I took a closer look at the details of the dress, I began to like it more and more. This is the kind of dress that would be perfect for that mature toddler who doesn’t want to be wearing what everyone else is, for that toddler who wants to look worldly and sophisticated instead of frilly and delicate.

I don’t know what my favorite part of this dress is—the three buttons down the front, the unique sleeves, or its A-line shape. I think it’s the combination of all of these things in fact that make this dress stand out.
