Though the necklace is depicted on a woman’s neck , I think the Embroidered Flower Felt Necklace is also the perfect gift for a little girl. Best of all? It’s 50% off at $18 from Etsy seller KaleidoscopeStyle. Wonderful for wearing around grabby babies, lightweight, and handmade, it’s a lovely shade of red. If flowers aren’t your thing, she’s got elephants and other fun choices too. This weekend, buy one and get one free as well!

After two children who wouldn’t take a pacifier no matter how hard I tried, I now am raising a binky-addict. Along with the benefits comes the burden of needing to keep a clean binky on hand at all times. That’s the idea behind this pacifier pouch from Fanci-Free. It clips on your diaper bag to keep a pacifier clean and easy to locate. I’m not really convinced it is necessary, but it is quite attractive, and it is also on sale for $2 (75% off). If you think it is worth a try, you can pick one up at littledudesanddivas.com. It would make a cute little gift, too.

Last summer, when magazines started reporting that Angeline Jolie and Brad Pitt had spent thousands of dollars on chandeliers for their twins’ nursery, moms everywhere took notice. I’d like to think I’m pretty up on baby gear, but I never would have thought about a chandelier for my then baby-to-be’s room. In all honesty, I still don’t think I would, but I have started to take more notice of them when browsing online. I will say that this Pink and Green Leaf and Flower Chandelier caught my eye. It isn’ t over-the-top in the way that many similar products are. I really like the color scheme as well. I think it would look great in an understated floral or garden themed nursery. The chandelier retails for a rather steep $298. You can purchase one at thefrogandtheprincess.com.

As we get closer to warmer weather, pregnant moms everywhere are going to be looking for ways to keep cool and look great. This halter dress from Kiki’s Fashions looks like it would be a great way to beat the heat, while remaining hip and stylish. I love the fun modern floral print, and the polyester spandex blend is just right to show off your growing belly without being tight or restricting. It is available in sizes from small through large and also comes in a cute green version. You can purchase one for $27.99 at KikisFashions.com. The site is running a lot of special deals right now, so shop soon to get in on the sale.

After a few days of spring-like temperatures here, returning to chilly winter days has been hard. Luckily, if spring colors are lacking in the landscape, they are cheerfully popping up in spring clothing lines. I am especially enjoying all the bright greens that I’m seeing this season. My most recent find is this great cardigan from Baby Gap. I love the decoratively embellished neckline, and because it is perfect for layering, you can slip it into your child’s wardrobe even before the weather warms up completely. It would look equally great over a dress or with a pair of jeans or khakis. You can purchase one for $29.50 at Gap.com. It is available in sizes from 0-3 up to 18-24 months.

This Flower Bird Bib from artist Amy Knight is one of the most attractive bibs I have encountered lately. Made in the USA from 100% cotton flannel, it features a bright pink bird with zig-zag legs on a bright floral background. Each bib is handmade by Amy Knight and features finishing touches like an absorbent layer of fleece between the flannel layers and pearl snaps to add flair and keep the bib securely in place. This bib is so pretty that it is almost a shame to let a child wear it and get it dirty! Its stunning good looks will also make it an ideal shower or new baby gift. You can purchase one for $15 at CraftsburyKids.com.

Dragon Tail Baby makes some stunning Asian-inspired designs for infants. I am particularly captivated by the bright and cheerful pattern on this Flower Kimono Set. Each set is made in the USA from fine fabrics imported from France. The outfit is tag-free for baby’s comfort and is designed to be easy to get on and off, a huge plus in the newborn days. This outfit is made from 97% cotton/3% spandex and is completely machine washable, so you don’t have to sweat every spit up and diaper leak.
Available in sizes from 0-3 months to 18-24 months, it retails for $54. You can purchase one at mommycouturedesigns.com.

Here’s darling Flower Costume that will keep your little trick-or-treater cozy on Halloween night. I love the booties that look like little flower buds in this costume by The Children’s Place. They’re made from rib-knit cotton /spandex with ankle cuffs for a snug fit and have logo grippers for extra traction. I like costumes for this young age to be as simple as possible and still fun (not scary). This Flower Costume includes the hat which has self-covered elastic around the face and hook and loop closures at the chin. The body is made from polyester glacier fleece with cotton jersey lining. The zipper closure at front and snap closures at the inseam help make this an easy on easy off costume.
Avoid the last minute Halloween crowds (and disappointment when you can’t find an appropriate costume) and order now at ChildrensPlace.com. It’s currently on sale for $11.25, and is available in size 12-18mos, but inventory is low, so if you want one, buy now!

There’s a lot to appreciate in this Hand Knitted Organic Cotton Flower Dress by Empress Arts. First of all, it’s beautiful. Second, it’s hand knitted. Third, it’s made from organic cotton (good for the earth, good for baby). This Sleeveless Flower Dress would make a lovely shower gift or be suitable for any number of occasions: baby’s christening, Easter Sunday, baby’s first birthday, photo day at the mall. This is such a beautiful piece that you’ll probably want to keep it as an heirloom, a remembrance of baby’s special day.
This dress is available in sizes: 0-6mos, 12-24mos, 3T & 4T for $34.99 at BabyAnt.com

With my two year old working on potty training, I have been looking at lots of dresses lately. I love simple summer dresses that keep her cool and allow her to go potty with minimal effort.
I really like this dress from celebrity favorite Lola et moi. Its simple apron style is appealing, and I love the fun pockets. The dress is 100% cotton, but it unfortunately requires dry cleaning.
In looking at this dress, I can see why moms such as Kelly Ripa, Tori Spelling, and Brooke Shields are fans of this line, which has also been featured in People Magazine. You can buy this dress for $96 at pureandhonestkids.com.

With swim season upon us and a not quite potty trained two year old, I’m on the lookout for an environmentally-friendly alternative to disposable swim diapers which, in my opinion, don’t seem to work very well anyway. This may well be the most beautiful swim diaper I have ever seen.
Made by Luna Luna Copenhagen, it is absorbent, reusable, and decorated with beautiful flowers. I’m a little afraid that my daughter wouldn’t leave those flowers alone, but the pool may be a big enough distraction. This piece usually retails for $36, but you can buy one on sale now for $25 at itsaragdollslife.com.

I could not resist Boutique hats when I laid eyes on them. They are awfully cute and they come in so many colors, you won’t know which one to choose. However, since they come in sizes 0 to 18 months or Toddler 2T-4T, you could choose one for each month of your child’s pre-school years. Most of us can’t afford that at $21.95, so I say just choose the ones you covet most. The brim is not inhibited by the flower and can be rolled up and down to your liking. I like the Pale Pink and Candy Pink Daisy Flower hats but there are some irresistible Hydrangea hats I’m loving too. Who needs to garden when your child can bloom year round (thank goodness, because I’m no gardener)? I found these little delights at crazyaboutbabies.com.
