Recently, I lost my nursing bracelet (it was much like this one). I was saddened by its loss — it was a part of my nursing relationship with my son for two months. I knew I had to find a new one, because my son eats every 2 hours on the dot and I like to know how long I have before the next feeding. What better place to look than etsy.com, the craftiest site on the web? I found a little shop while going over endless pages of bracelets for sale. Not only were the prices great but I liked the bracelets I was seeing.

I bought an understated bracelet (on sale with a $3.50 rebate) with various hues of brown beads. The bracelet (and all of her other nursing bracelets) have number beads for keeping track of time and between the numbers are four beads for 15 minute intervals. I no longer have to be confused about what time I fed my son last and I simply switch the bracelet to the opposite wrist to remind myself of which side he last nursed on. Not only did the seller send me a spare charm for my bracelet but she was wonderful to communicate with in regards to the shipping of my item.

The only suggestion I might make is coming up with a way to add Left and Right beads (or one with Left on one side and Right on the other) onto the bracelet so that switching from wrist to wrist is unnecessary; however, with the flexible memory wire the bracelet is made of, switching it is no trouble.
