Though the Playmobil site has the Playmobil Modern House listed, it does not give any details as to what is included with the $124 + product. After searching, I discovered that finding detailed pictures and product features was rather difficult for this particular toy. The descriptions are very vague, but this is something I would have loved to have as a kid myself, so I am still rating it as a fun toy for kids.

The house comes with a family, their house, lawn chair, flower bed, basketball net, and a pond. There’s even a balcony attached to the side of the structure. The house sells at Playmobil.com for $124.99. The Playmobil Grande Mansion on the King Arthur’s Toys site looks just as spectacular for $134.99.
