My 4 year old son loves the Beatles music, but somehow, I can’t see him wearing this Sgt. Pepper Tee by Trunk, Ltd. It’s very cute, but the colors are just a bit too feminine (although it’s designed to be worn by boys or girls). Made of soft cotton knit, the tee comes in blue or pink and has the classic styling reminiscent of the Beatles’ 1967 Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band album. With the success of Across the Universe, it’s no surprise to find Beatles inspired nursery bedding. Banana Fish created a Lennon-McCartney All You Need is Love bedding set is eye-catching and certainly has its lovely features (check out the dust ruffle with “All You Need Is Love” written across it), but is it a bit much?

I appreciate the high quality of this design by Banana Fish, with its rich colors and staging on white walls (anything else would be overwhelming), but would likely lose some of the elements for any nursery of my own. The wall and window coverings are a bit much for my taste, but the bedding set, “all you need is love” wall script, and mobile really are admirable.
