Little Lovelies Couture Silk Petticoat Skirt

I am seeing a lot of short skirts with petticoats under them, and the look is really growing on me. It is sweet, but it also has a  bit of a punk rock edge. This skirt from Little Lovelies Couture is a great example. I love the attention to detail on this fun hand-made skirt. It is available in sizes from 3-6 months up to 8 years, although I can’t quite picture this on an infant. It retails for $136 and can be purchased at rsavenue.com.
