I am absolutely in love with this Turn on the Charm Dress by Kookie. Made from 100% cotton it is a classic look with a bit of an edge. It is available in a number of colors, but I am particularly smitten with this chartreuse shade. It is currently on sale for $42 at lillyandlucy.com. It is available in sizes from 2T-4.
