Iceing on Top is a line of fine children’s jewelry created by mother/entrepreneur Chesley Fields and mom/gemologist/private jeweler Shella Eckhouse. Made of 14K yellow, white, and rose gold, these pieces of jewelry are exquisite, yet dainty enough for smaller hands, wrists, and necks. I particularly like this Heart Iceing Pendant Necklace. Made of a 14K rose gold faceted heart on a 14K rose gold cable chain, which is available in 14″ and 18″ lengths, it looks to me like the perfect gift of her first “good” jewelry for a little girl.
