Shabby Baby Garden Party Dress

I am absolutely in love with this Garden Party dress from Shabby Baby.  I love everything about it–the fabric, the design, the fact that it is machine washable… It features puffed sleeves and a pleated neckline.  The tie at the neck is the perfect finishing touch.
