As a mom who cares about fashion, I’m jealous of moms with little girls. I do my best to dress my boys with care but to be able to dress a girl would be loads of fun. For your little girl, I suggest the Hayride Ruffle Cape in Tweed by Etsy seller redpossum. It’s adorable, available in a pretty blue, and $60 in size small for a 2-3 year old (also sold in XS.) It is made of a wool tweed and lined with cotton and is absolutely lovely. Perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings or family pictures or even pumpkin picking.
