About
The Upscale Baby Blog is a shopping guide for quality baby products written by real moms. We focus on new products and emerging designers that you may not find in stores.
We spend our time tracking down new, useful and fun products for children, ages 0-5, and mothers. We’re always looking for stuff that can make a mom’s life easier, or just more fun. The products we review are products that we have used or would like to use ourselves.
More about our reviewers

Greta is a working mother to two incredible girls, ages 9 and 2, and is currently expecting baby number three. During the week she directs a number of reading projects at a university educational research center. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and keeping up with the latest trends in kids’ clothing and gear. One of these days, she is really going to finish her dissertation, which keeps getting sidetracked by silly things like babies and marathon training.

Susan is a freelance writer/editor and stay-at-home mother to her 4 ½ year old son. In addition to helping out at her son’s preschool during the week, she enjoys transporting her son to sports and other extracurricular events, keeping the household running smoothly, and spending time with family and friends (when she’s not busily typing away at her laptop). Susan and her family enjoy traveling within the United States, especially on their annual jaunt to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and semi-yearly trips to the mountains of West Virginia. Future plans include traveling to Disney World in Florida, to the Western part of the United States, and maybe even venturing outside of the country for a change!

Teresa writes: How does a stay-at-home-mom of two boys find a moment and a piece of paper with space between the jam and marker to write about herself? With my 3-month-old busy nursing and my 3-year-old already asleep in bed for hours now, I sit down with a favourite pen and a notepad to offer you a glance at my life. In December 2005, I found myself a mother. Less than three years later, my second son was born in September 2008. Though motherhood has changed me, I’m still the shopping addict and avid reader I’ve always been. I’ve become a yoga enthusiast, home decorator, scrapbooker, and cloth diaperer. Married to a small town boy I’ve loved for nearly 15 years, I’m really just a small town girl with a Vogue in one hand, laundry soap in the other, and a mouse somewhere in between (as is the case with any internet junkie!) Everything I love is right here in my shopping blog…along with a baby wipe, a few toys, a used straw…
